The Humble Roots of Manong Johnny Enrile

An interesting early life biography of Juan Ponce-Enrile:

"One look at Juanito Furruganan and Don Alfonso Ponce Enrile knew this was his son. Happy Mom’s Day!

My mom gets shocked when ordinary people appear on national TV with their homemade videos. Then she shouts "Sino Yan??? Sino Yan?!?" just like she does when I’m looking at my friends’ pictures in Facebook with people I don’t know.

Word for the Day: Melee

Melee (play /ˈmeɪleɪ/, French: mêlée [mɛle], the French spelling is also quite frequent in English writing), generally refers to disorganized close combat involving a group of fighters. A melee ensues when groups become locked together in combat with no regard to group tactics or fighting as an organized unit; each participant fights as an individual.[1]

Idea for the future

When I get married someday, I want us to have grey wigs, wrinkles and look really old in our prenup picture. Then as we sit on our rocking chairs at dawn holding hands, we let the morning light cast beautiful shadows while it shines through our youthful eyes and genuine smiles. Chos na chos!

Although wouldn’t it be nice if there’s a twist to it? Maybe something like this:
